Natural enlargement of the mammary glands is basically limited to becoming pregnant or artificially inducing lactation, which isn't "natural" but doesn't involve any "unnatural" means.
As a breast loving heterosexual male trust me there are more important issues than the size of your chest to consider. I won't go into details but most of them are matters that you can actually do something about.

you can jog without bra so that breasts can wobble and thus got exercised fully. Natural increase in size is possible after pregnancy and feeding the baby... But before that you must jog without a brazier...
