Hello, as of today... there aren't really any outlets in McAllen.

However, a brand-new outlet mall will be opening in nearby Mercedes, Texas - you can get more information on the stores and "grand opening events" on their website:

McAllen Texas? Don't think there are any outlets there....apparently just golf courses!

I don't think electricity has reached McAllen yet.
