THE THING IS I HAVE TOLD HIM THAT I DONT WANNA BE WITH HIM THAT WE COULD ONLY BE FRIENDS HE EVEN WENT OUT AND BOUGHT A ENGAGEMENT RING...
AND NO MATTER WHAT I SAY OR DO HE DOESNT GIVE UP.

Well, you said all that needs to be said to him. If he is not going to listen and move on definitely consider getting a restraining order against him. He sounds dangerous not being able to take no for an answer.

it maybe easier said than done but some people can not take a hint no matter how hard it slaps them across the face.
