i don't see how joining the gym and masturbating would result in any conflict or otherwise be detrimental to you unless you are masturbating at the gym or trying to use your genitals to lift weights or break the fall when you lift too much. Otherwise, I suspect workign out and the gym and masturbating regularly woudd actually improve your health and make you feel great about yourself; each in their own way.

masturbation is not an action that interferes with you health. in fact, it serves to keep the prostate gland healthy.
if you engage in masturbation and then go to the gym, you'll probably reach fatigue at an earlier time, as self-stimulation can be strenuous and exhausting. it would be wise to refrain from masturbation until returning from the gym.
no need to give it up, many reasons to keep it up!

Masturbation is good for you. Only problem I can see is that you strenthen one arm a lot more than the other. Studies actually proove the masturbation and sex are very good arobic exercises. .. raises heart rate.. blah blah blah

No it isn't injurious to your health. Done moderately its even good. Just don't do it excessively. Then you wouldn't be able to concentrate on your workouts as you would be constantly fantasising about sexy women.
