Hi. I'm not quite a vet, but am a vet nurse and am in vet school. If you still haven't found someone, send me an email and I'll see if I can help.

My vet has a tendency to gift scientific expertise and explain if I ask questions or inform him I do not have an understanding of. He does an fine process offering scientific expertise in a transparent, comprehensible method with out an over-use of Latinese-jargon phrases. I do come from a household with scientific backgrounds, so I might have an understanding of greater than a few humans. My husband has stood within the examination room with a clean seem on his face and he's an overly trained character--simply no scientific history. The area of expertise vets I had to see with certainly one of my puppies did generally tend to make use of extra specialised phrases and I had to ask far more questions. The heart specialist did the excellent process explaining matters or even could draw diagrams or exhibit units to support explain. I was once additionally proven ultrasound pics which supposed not anything to me, however I did recognize the specific vets taking time to exhibit those and talk about them with me. I will say that the only time I relatively received disenchanted being talked right down to. I was once informed over the telephone that my puppy's biopsy got here again displaying she had a liver contamination and I had to come decide upon up a few cure. When I went to decide upon up the cure I began asking questions. My puppy had HEPATITIS! Liver contamination does not sound that dangerous; hepatitis may be very dangerous. I was once informed that the majority humans do not have an understanding of what hepatitis is, in order that hospital (area of expertise clinic) informed me liver contamination.

It is called a phone book. Look under v for veterinarian. Let them know it is for a school project, and i'm sure any of them would be happy to talk to you. If they are busy, they will be happy to call you back. Good luck.

a phone call would be faster.... call your local vets and talk with them..... that way you have more than one vet cited in your project.
