Doe's anybody besides me have trouble making the Cuprinol fence sprayer work properly.?

The nozzle keeps blocking up.

The only advice i can give you is that check you have bought the right paint for your sprayer, different types take different types of paints. It can get confusing.

Nope, then I used fresh cuprinol. Get some old cotton sheet, filter your whatever you are trying to spray beforehand.
