If you are receiving disability payments from Social Security, you are not able to work and if you do, and get caught, you will no longer receive disability payments. Your SSI check can be listed as income but is not taxable to you.

I have a disability that's more serious than most, but I keep working because I make 10 times more money than I'd get sitting at home collecting SSDI. It's worth the trade off to own nice things and live a nice life!

If you get my taxes on SSI you better not be able to work at all or I want my money back.
