I aam a firm beleiver in evolution. I do no beleive in the existence of a god or higher power.
The meaning of life as you are seeking to know begans (for me at least) after birth. Nature made you and I as a part of her plan to populate the earth. Not to over [populate the earth as we are now doing due to outside errors such as religioin(catholic church, islam, hindu ect):). but in a control manner as it was when we were both the preditor and the prey.
I think that humans stepping up in the world of mamals into a higher intelligent mode was the beganning of nature's plan to eventually when the world would no longer support life life would continue on into the universe as it always have, and humans would be a part of it instead of becoming an extent species.
I think life is not guided by gods, but laws just as minerals, gases, liquids, solids, are. I think ife is all ove rthe universe and if conditions are met life will not only start but will flourish.
I think that when the signals began to come in that his planet will not withstand over population as it is now doing life will began to change so as to ease this population, and began to change so that some life will escasape the fate whic eventually will distroy all life left on earth.
We are now seeing more so than ever homosexually in the animal world and human world. In the cold regions of anritic
that Penguins are begannning to pair off in large numbers in same sex couplaes,a nd it is begannig to happen top other species worldwide where animals are are over populated for the comming warmiong trend. HUmans are noi exception and millions mor eo fthem are appearing as homosexuals. This is natures handi work in controling population. and if it doesn't work I am sure we can expect more effective means in the coming years as rising seas and oceans reclaim land surfaces, and over populations due to religion, culture continues out of control.
You as a human and a par tof nature can make yourself what you want to be.

as humans, we are but a part of a very large and diverse universe, guided and divided by the forces of constant change. chaos and order. we, so far, are the most successful species ever to inhabit this earth. the genetic events that make a species succesful lie mostly in probabilities that we have no control over. "evolution cares about death more than it cares about you and me"-Annie Dillard
i believe that as lifeforms sharing a planet, we should do our best to make sure that our species, Homo sapiens, FLOURISHES. we do this by constantly judging our own actions (not others' actions mind you) and deciding whether or not they will help our species FLOURISH.

What would be the meaning of the Trojan horse to someone that woke up inside the belly of it without any prior knowledge of it and completely unable to escape? They wouldn't be able to determine meaning, thus neither are we. There is no guarantee there is meaning in the Universe outside of that which we create for ourselves.

We are all at one point of our lifes trying to find a meaning to it but if you really think about it whats the point??? Its like if someone tells you the end of a movie before you see it, so you'd better live your life to the fullest because maybe when you die you could go to heaven/hell or maybe just cease to exist you never know and you wont find out until you die so instead of trying to find a meaning to your life do something useful with it.
