Ive heard some say its old. My thing is, people still wear the Jason and Freddy Krueger costumes and they came out over twenty years ago. No matter if it's old or not, they all still scare the hell out of people.

I guess it would scare some people, but IMHO, all the costumes you mentioned are tired and boring and un-imaginative. If you want to be a movie villain, be Jigsaw from SAW...it is a bit newer, at least...and clowns freak out a huge portion of the populace.

The Scream Stalker costume, in a sense, is still pretty popular because it's a big icon within the horror genre. However, it's not as popular as it was when it FIRST came out about 8-10 years ago. You'll still find people dressing up as the Scream Stalker but not as many as there used to be.
