Honestly, there isn't that much difference. I worked in the cosmetics industry for years, and I can tell you that basically the same ingredients are used in the same amounts for most cosmetics. In fact, several companies use the same factories to produce the exact same products in different packagings. Of course, some products truly are better than others, especially when it comes to skin care. But as far as makeup goes, unless you are buying from a makeup artist-qualtiy line, there isn't that much difference.

From my own personal experience, there's a difference in quality. And I don't like what the drug store products do for my skin. I don't break out, but the texture of my skin changes, and the amount of oil or dryness is usually taken to extremems with drug store products.

Not much difference, makeup is makeup. However, usually the more expensive brands use better quality materials which help for people with sensitive skin. I use expensive mascara and blush because it doesn't clump us as much as drug store makeup and the blush smooths better. But as far as eyeshadow and lip stick/lip gloss goes I use the cheaper stuff because too me it's all the same.

yea the quality-- sephora best makeup and best quality- you should try Bare Minerals-> best foundation and they also have eye shadow and other stuff!
