It's called black eyeliner and if you've been following Madonna for a while you'd notice it hasn't been around since the early 90's

She probably decided for something different and had it made. After all she is the Material Girl. Madonna constantely changes her apperance and has reinvented herself more times than people change their undies.

It was not real....as she got older, she quit having her make-up people put it on, or so I am told.
