as long as u still lives...u cant. but sometimes he/she might come to u in ur dream if for a closure if u r very close to that person.
pray to god for guidance or speak to any religious scholars for spiritual guidance.

Now first you have to answer whether you expect to find that person in Hell or Heaven. After making this choice, which I'm sure you will find difficult, you must then think about the many different heavens and hells of so many religions. How do you know that a person belonging to Faith X, has not erroneously found his way to heaven of Faith Y. This kind of mistake keeps happening all the time in our living world, it can take place in the hereafter too. Even taken for granted that the person after death is at the appropriate place. Why do you think that person wants to be contacted? What earthly use will you have from that contact, even if that was possible. You are in the living world, you will find your answer after death. Till then remain content.

There is a Heaven and Hell. If you are a christian, you will meet that dear person after death. God has made a way for this, all you must do,is ask for His forgivness of your sins (and YES we all sin) Come into your life, so that you may go to Heaven when you die. God promises this! You may or may not wish to believe it, and thats your choice, but I have experienced such a happy life with God as my leader, seen His answer to my prayers, had peace when one wouldnt. Thats why I believe Heaven is REAL.

When i was 14 my best friend killed himself. I am now 25 years old and after all these years I still feel his presence. I have had many encounters with his spirit. Some people do not believe in spirits. I was one of those till this happened. He is and will always be a part of my life. When I was giving birth to my son and I started bleeding a lot and the doctors were rushing me to surgery I saw Jeremy and he told me everything will be fine. He was standing right beside my son and i knew that me and my son would be fine. I feel his presence all the time. and if you clear your head of everything you will too.

We can meet a person after his/her death on his death bed or before funeral, but he will not speak to u.

I hear a sayonce or use of a wee-gee(?sp) board works however, If not done correctly it can lead to disaster. I've heard of situations where the sould got trapped on our side and became very angry.
Personally I wouldn't reccommend trying. Let the spirit rest peacefully.

yes u can call by doing black magic. but it is very risky and once we have (my friends group) have called the soul of my aunty to ask who has done the murder of her but u know what if the soul(atma) comes one time it doesnot go fast and we were in danger. after 2 hours she has gone back but it was great fun we had that day. the murder of my aunty was his husband
