i own a dance studio in arizonia, we have just created a ballroom dance company. our hope is to start competing this year, what competitions are avaliable to us?

Check www.usabda.org. Their competitions is your best bet.

This is a non-profit organization that runs competitions throughout the US. Unlike other ballroom dance competitions, they run children's events separately from adults, and those are subdivided according to age as well.

They can also compete in Collegiate or in NDCA (www.NCDA.org)competitions, but there are no age divisions in those. Children have to compete against adults in those.

I would say search ballroom dance competitions on the computer or even dance competitions. When I have searched there is a number of dance competitions around. I hope I helped you out. Good Luck to you and your ballroom dance company.

I know there's one in New York where each public elementary school has a team and each couple does a dance. Just watch Mad Hot Ballroom.

Wow! I pity the poor kids that are forced into ballroom dancing. it is clearly something the do because their parents force them to. Ballroom dancing for kids and teens? Please!

I'm not sure but if they join a ballroom dance groom they will probobally be entered in compotitions anyway

dude you think that kids are old enough to do ball room dancing lol cool i used to do some but im bad at it now im more in to the more cool dances now but for the competitions i think you might have to google it or something

All of them, You will just have to find someone that present such a program maybe you ....................... And there is plenty of local talent that can assist you......................... You may have just started something that will grow Large and be very fruit-full................ P.S. The world is waiting to see young talent like that preform for them................................
