Try using MS Powerpoint. So your questions appear on screen at timed intervals and you can add media player into them and vid's As long as you set the auto timing on the slides to roughly just after the music stops you can have a fully automated quiz including a break before the answers pop up.

PowerPoint can allow you to make slides, then use a slide projector to display on a screen using those slides. You can then coordinate the slides with the music.

There is a a data projector that you can attach to your PC or laptop to use. Perhaps you can borrow or rent one from a school or organization.

If the quiz is in a pub and you have a large screen, why not try the old overhead projector, and project them onto the screen.
