To answer ur question it is strct NO. But my dear friend the govt job itself a business to him or her. How? Apart from salary the money he mint from corruption is quite heavy. I will give u some examples. Registrar Office. Go there and see. Right from the registrar to the peon attendants make anywhere between Rs100,000/- per day (total collections) They share later. Apart from this they do get anywhere between Rs500 to Rs2000/ each day. Then Go to RTO office. Then Go to secretariat, the deals are in Lacs. Corruption to the core. U wanted on top of this wheather they can do business. I do not know where u guys are living.

yeah most govt servant are not servant at all
they are big proxy boss
those who become the proxy boss know how to intelligently and stealthily runs business by proxy
catch hold of a person you trust esp. your own son, daughter, or wives and use them to act as a proxy for yoour business

but I think there need to be more thoughts on the strategy afterall an obvious one will be a suspect to your enemies and they could nail you.

the legality is a grey area...it can be argued this way or that..as proving you are using a proxy can be quite tricky but you never know how smart those investigation agencies are..they know the game

Oddly sufficient, India requested for help from the British and the u . s . in investigating the phobia assaults, Rice went there to calm the mission, so as that there have been no knee jerk reactions from the leaders of India, that's what the people were asking for contained in the instant aftermath. besides Afghanistan as a united states of america did not attack the u . s ., notwithstanding the Taliban develop into the authorities in can charge on the time, and they refused to exhibit over Bin encumbered and his terror community, no longer extremely to a lot to ask contained in the wake of the 9/11 atrocities. so that they were considered co-conspirators and sponsors of terror. i'm particular India will make up their personal concepts in time, yet there'll be a number of political jaw wagging first.

The service regulations of govt employees prohibit doing business by the employee during the tenure of his service. In most of the cases such business is carried out in the name of his/her spouse.

no one cannot, but you can try the name of some family member for your freelancing, if your work requires some professional degree, make sure the other member also has that education.

Is it sufficient.
