Yes you can tell if they are compatible to everyone who said they couldn't. The processor is socket 939, the MB is 939, hence compatible. The RAM is DDR, socket 939 uses DDR, compatible. The video card is PCIE, SLI MB uses PCIE, compatible. Now the only thing I would worry about is the power supply, while it is compatible I don't really know if I would trust one that small to run those other parts, I would step up to at least 450W.

From my research, it looks like your CPU & MoBo are compatible and the memory kit should work as well. I can't say yes or no regarding the video card, the 450mhz video memory may not be supported by the MoBo, but then again it might work just fine. The tower case should work, provided it has enough bays for your needs; it comes with a 400W power supply already so I don't know why you would want to down-grade to a 350W. The choice is yours, I feel pretty confident in your selection.

no one can tell u specifically if they r compatible or not, but i can tell u this

check the MB and the memory, if the memory could be installed on the MB without any problem, then everythung else will b ok

cuz all the MB has PCI and (AGP most of them) so no problem with the video card
for the case, just b sure its ATX type, then no problem
the power supply no problem at all, all the same
