Yes, as long as he is over his ex and not getting in the relationship on the rebound. Then there shouldn't be a problem with starting over with a new refreshing relationship.

If they're broken up and don't have contact and aren't "friends" and don't keep in touch and he doesn't say I still love her or "I'm not ready for a relationship" or say because of her, he'll never love again. But I wouldn't expect a whole lot from him. He's not exactly relationship-material if he's still recovering.

No he should wait 7 months. I dont think there is an official ruling on this anywhere, I have looked in the official guidebook for guys who have been cheated on, and I cant find anything on it.

If he's over it and okay with it.. As long as he doesn't accuse his new girl of doing what the other one did, especially if shes not doing it.. He has to understand everyones different.. But it will be hard for him.. He will prob have some insecurities depending on how long it takes him to get over it..

I don't see why not. Guys don't have hearts generally so it easy for them to just up and leave any time so ya! I am actually surprise it took him that long to get a replacement

Woah... Well yes, and no. He cheated for a reason, maybe she wasn't giving it to him, who knows?! But remember this, that one cheat doesn't mean that he will be a cheat forever. So please forgive him, and as far as him dating, he is single right? He can date whenever he wants.
