the agency is whaleys technical services they were based in utrecht holland

It's not in the yellow pages, the only technical services I could find was Tork technical services. Also just the name whaleys lead to nothing. I checked out the province of Utrecht, including the city Utrecht.
Looks like it doesn't exist anymore.

go to darchtimes.com that guy can find anything. Just ask him.
