Either A: exercise to exhaustion or B: music. I really miss distance swimming, and sometimes even music won't help even playing older music or trying new radio stations, so sometimes I'll read the conspiracy websites. It puts me in a place of comparative sanity.

start cleaning, anything to occupy my mind from what is bothering me. Most the time when I am done and have a good looking place then that joy brings me back to happy and I get over what I am mad about.

If I am really mad I leave the situation..walk around a bit and when I calm down return and face what ever made me mad..but if I am frustrated..I have to punch or kick the crap out of something..kick boxing classes work really well!

The only thing that brings me back is sleeping it off. By sleeping it off, my endorphins and all those other things that are going crazy in my body when i get mad just chill out and relax and by morning (or after my nap) i'm cooled off enough to work it out.

Usually venting to a real friend...
Great music...
And even a really good sweat at the gym...
It takes all three to feel really good again... Oh the disappointment...
