i have an article about the "battle of the ages divides the NBA" and I'm trying to figure out hoe to summarize what it is all about

well take a look at how much has FG & FT % dropped over the last 10 years.... look at the number of assists, years ago the NBA used to have 4-6 guys avg. right around or over 10 assists per game, now you may get 1-3 guys at best... the overall level of basketball has dropped, but todays players are much better athletics........

I think a lot of the older players, think that basketball has gone away from a team game to just 1 on 1 playing. Players are just in it for themselves and not for the best of the team.

i think the older players would say the stars of today are more gifted athletically but play more of an individual game rather than playing as one cohesive team
