You may love your parents
You may love your friends
You may love your car
But...you aren't "in love" with them...

Typically "in love" is a feeling reserved for our romantic partner...it's different than loving them, a different connection and feeling...

Does love die (I don't use the term "true love" because all love is true, if a person really feels it)...yes, love can and does die or change...sometimes it may last for the rest of our lives (on some level) and sometimes it may go away completely...like any other emotion or feeling toward someone...

Just as we can stop hating, or stop liking, we can stop loving...

It is different! To love a person is when u love your mom, dad, it could be a best friend that u love. But to be in love with a person is when u have a girlfriend or boyfriend that u have big feelings for! And I don't think that true love ever dies, that's why they call a true love because it never dies!!!

This is one of those questions that you will have to find out yourself. Nobody can tell you the answer but I will try. Loving somebody is strong but being in love with somebody is stronger. If you are in love with somebody you will do anything for that person and you believe that you are nothing without them. I doesn't necessarily have to be a person of the opposite sex. It can be a family member or a close friend, too. I believe that true love never dies. When you are truly in love with someone, you can't stop thinking about them and you've known them for like forever and you still get nervous around them. Sometimes the relationships don't last but the love does and they just don't want to show it.

Let start first by saying that TRUE love never dies. There is a big difference in loving a person & being in love.Let me explain.
first:loving a person means that you love them,BUT to a certain point.

Second 7 the most important:being in love means that this is coming straight from the heart not from the brain.See when someone is in love they will do anything for that person,And they will love that person unconditionally. In easier terms.

Being in love comes from the deepest part of the heart.
Loving someone is more of a friendship kind of love.
I hope i helped you good luck & God bless.

Does true love ever die? No, if you truly love someone it wont go away but it will however change. People grow apart and life changes people but in the end you may still love the person just not in the same way.

well I'm kinda going through that, the 2nd guy I ever loved has been out of my life for 6 yrs and I'm married and in love with my husband but lately I've been thinking about my ex I still care about him but I'm not in love with him. So yes you can love someone and not be In love with them, there is a difference. But when your in love, you have a whole different feeling when your with them then when you just love someone. You could see yourself being with that person forever.

You can love anyone, your parents, siblings or friends but to be in love is completely different. In love is like the person you will spend the rest of your life with, the one you can't do without. No,True love never dies. You could lead separate lives on the opposite sides of the world & your hearts will always be connected.

You can love a family member or friend. You can be "in love" with your partner.

True love never ends. You can put it in the back of your heart but and take it out every once in a while.

I have a few male friends that I love...there is a different love and affection for each one....i love them in own my own way but I am not "inlove with them" in a romantic way....but i adore each one with all my heart....but out of these friends of mine is a man I recently met that I truly love and adore with all my heart....My heart skips a beat everytime he comes online...i feel so happy and high & full of extreme excitement when he says...hi baby...He truly brings magick into my life...he makes life worth living...It is true love and i will love him till the day i die...I Will Always Love Him....

True love never dies...! Love is one of the most powerful things that exist. People say you must love to be loved...but! you love parents, friends, and family members and they may even love you back. When you have a boyfriend/girlfriend they say "I love you!" and that may be true but to be "in love" is the most magical feeling...you could tell the difference between loving someone and being in love with someone...you love your sister/brother but your in love with your other half! Get it..??!
