Finola had a bad experience with anoerexia, particularly during the period during her mother's breast cancer in the late 1970's. When her mother died, she dove into dancing and dieting, doing all the tricks that classical dancers did. She has a perfectionist attitude, and that is common with anoerexics.

Put that with her new role in Cats and her need to surpass everyone in the cast -- and there were so many who were top stars..Bonnie Langford (her nemesis...they were always competing, with Bonnie being 5 years younger than Finola and only 15 when she landed the part of Rumpleteaser in Cats. Finola was already an adult and threatened by Bonnie!)

She even went on record saying how "hin" her body became when she came to the US to film Stayin' Alive, sayingthat they had to bulk her up, which she hated.

She also said that it was difficult losing babyb weight initially, and that she had to have plastic surgery to help her body get back into shape.

Adopting was better for her, in this case.

Oh, I have heard that, too, about Finola's struggle with her mother dying of breast cancer, and the anoerexia. Seemed like she was always in competition with the other dancers on the show for how thin they could be, Cherry Gillespie for one. She has incredibly big thighs, though, Finola has. Always wondered if that ever affected her stance with ballet. Can't have big thighs.

They are trainable if you have the committment and patience. And they do very well if there are other dogs in the family to help 'show them the ropes'. But getting together with a trainer with specific deaf dog experience is key.

Beans, beans, are best for your heart, the more you take in the more you... lose fat actually. Super-effective and full associated with fibre, beans will regulate your appetite and decrease the rate at which your stomach empties, meaning you stay fuller for longer.

Suck it in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting your desk or making the supper. This will help to strengthen your abs and your core, and provide one step closer to any flatter stomach.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than people who don’t. Plan your dishes to add in healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck the idea in. Consciously hold in and contract your abdominals while you’re walking, sitting at your desk or making the dinner. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and bring you one step closer to some sort of flatter stomach.
