My best friend had an 80's party for her birthday last year and we ended up going to a karoake bar and only singing 80's songs. I don't know if you're old enough to go to a bar, but it was fun just going out in public dressed up.

what about a yuppy theme party, everyone dresses up with stripey shirts, red braces, slicked back hair. Games could be pass the filofax, pin the ponytail on the dinky, and spin the champagne bottle.
