I am pretty good at bull Sh*tting people. Just keep an image of whatever makes you happiest, ie, a lover, family, a really big chocolate cake( thats always good)
hold onto that image and smile at THAT, instead of your boss.
Oh and let EVERYTHING he says go in one ear and out the other.
You'll do fine, remeber this when you feel mad, "hey mr. grumpy gills, you know what you do when life gets you down, just keep swimmin, just keep swimmin, just keep swimmin swimmin swimmin. I love finding Nemo.
