Because they let you know where to find the blue ones (or are they banned now?) - anyway - need more buttons and more button pushers, preferably colourblind fellows and a whole series of red, offred, nearly red buttons..

Red indicates many things - stop, halt, danger - areas people are not supposed to enter or do until the all clear is given.
Also, when working with numbers, red indicates a loss of capital gains

Personally I prefer my buttons to co ordinate with the outfit they are attached to. So if my cardigan is red... yes they would be important!!

you are so wrong my missus has loads of buttons that need to be pressed each as important as the other none of them are red.
But she does insist on my staying away from the brown one so id say brown buttons are the most important
