Are you bi-polar? Do you know what bi-polar is? It is a person with extreme high moods and extreme low moods. The highs can get manic or even into psychotic episodes. The lows are depression which can be moderate or severe. If you are bi-polar (and I am not saying for sure you are) a psychiatrist can prescribe medicine to try. You cannot cure bi-polar with self talk or herbs. It is caused by a brain chemical imbalance.
Some of the drugs for mania include depakote-er and lithium as well as others.
Some of the drugs for depression and anxiety are effexor-xr and paxil.
I am on depakote and effexor and the dosage must be tweaked regularly depending on mood. Here are some links:

i don't think you are a good gambler because in this instant i'm very sure you will lose!! i have'nt heard of too many gambler who wins all the time no matter how good they said they are!
