Stopping breast feeding can effect your periods especially if you aren't taking any birth control (there are certain oral contraceptives that are fine to use while breast feeding). The timing of the tests you did could have effected those results, but I'm assuming at least one of them was done probably after 2 weeks late. In that case, it should be accurate because the hormone it is detecting should be high enough. Stress also plays a part in when/if you get your period. If work is stressing you out and 3 kids, all of that contributes.
You need to get to your doctor. Have someone else watch the kids, tell your boss you have an appointment that you just can't cancel (you don't have to tell them why), and take care of you! Moms always forget that part.

Sounds like you are stressed- this can delay a period. Can you take another test first thing in the morning?
Remember that each pregnancy is different so don't worry.
I hope that everything is okay for you :)
And put your foot down at work... you need that appointment!

No way to know for sure without a blood test, but 3 negatives is a pretty good indication that you are not pregnant.

Are you currently breastfeeding? If the answer is "yes", your symptoms are commom symptons of breastfeeding. I cramped really bad everytime I breastfed my babies. Sometimes you will have funky periods due to breast feeding. Really I don't know because I've never been pregnant and breastfed at the same time. Time will tell all.

Your body may still be getting used to no longer nursing, this may be why your period is irregular.
