Pete Doherty?

Pete Doherty is amazing. I never thought much of him or the hype about his drug addiction (comes with the territory doesn't it?) until I saw him on Jonathan Ross about a month ago ... he has got a wicked sense of humour - ... he is so funny! I can see why Kate has fallen in love/lust with him - he's fab.

He's a beautiful person. Looks beautiful, writes beautiful songs, sings beautifully, but is a complete loser.

I used to really believe he was trying to clean etc, and really admired him for that. But since I read excerpts from his mum's book, and heard the latest judge's statement about how he's still using hard drugs, I think he's an idiot.

He's had tonnes more support than your average junkie, anyone else would have been in the slammer again by now. He's got a decent income and a beautiful woman, but acts like the he's immune from the laws of this country and the needs of people that love him.

I think he's disappeared up hos own backside. Hope he comes out of it soon.

Someone who has lost the plot and lives inside the box and when out of box goes mad. I feel for him as he is a song writing genius however I fear he his brain is damaged behond normal repair due to all the drug abuse.
The pictures I have seen of him lately he look dreadful and so does Kate again I can see a Paula Yates/Micheal Hutchingson type thing going on here.

I feel he's an idiot for the drugs - although once heroin gets hold of you it ain't easy to quit.

But he is very talented, articulate and can knock up some fantastic songs. Some of the words on the Libertine's album Down In Albion were tantamount to poetry.

Whatever you think of the man (me, not that much unless he seriously attempts to quit the skag) he's a musical talent to be proud of.

I would rather not waste my time thinking of him at all.

But as you ask I think he is a sad, pathetic excuse for a celebrity or a man.

And I think Kate is MAD and wouldn't give her the time of day because she is with him. She is such a role model for the young and influences them and she has come out of all this smelling of roses.

Bloody Disgrace, the pair of them.

i think he is someone who got involved in the wrong things..i dont love or hate him..i just think he has followed the wrong path and needs a bit of help to head him in the right direction!!i watched an interview from his mum and i feel for her..how hard things must be for her!

he is a great poet and song writer and very sexy but like many brilliant people drugs have clouded his life i hope him and kate moss do find long lasting happiness together but some how i doubt it

hes a complete prat. he has a great life most people canonly dream of and hes gonna end up suisiding or mashing his brain and he deserves to he should sort out his head and be the decent role model he could be
