I use Grandma's homemade jam. Make the ninja stars stick even with a poor throw.

Butter and grape jelly. I've never used toast for ninja stars.

Peanut Butter and / or Grape Jelly

with a light coating of Peanut Butter you can still do the ninja stars thing, bro.

It depends:
For dinner with spaghetti - lots of butter and Garlic Salt
For breakfast - lots of butter with strawberry jam or a mixture of sugar and cinnamon
For giggles - just plain with lots of butter
