From his constant mantra of "stay the course" now, Bush states with a straight face that he has never been "stay the course".

WTF?

How can anyone ever believe this person, ever? BTW, this is a question about Bush, NOT liberals or clinton, I know they lied too, but nowhere on the order of magnitude of Bush. He lies far more often and with far worse consquences.

So come on you GOP supporters, How can you defend this one?

Bush told us we won the war as he stood on top of the aircraft carried and he just wanted to look good to the American People.

Sorry, he has his own agenda and does not care about our military. We are loosing so many lives and many are young people who are just starting their adult lives. Does Bush really care? I dont think so. Lets send his two daughters to Iraq to fight and see if he cares then. Why is it fair we are sending our young men and women into a war they care little about. We are no longer chasing Osama B, we are controling another country and trying to change the way they think.

We all know Iraq did not have WTF. It was a ploy by Bush, Chenye, and Rumsfeld to get the American people behind their dirty little war. I will never understand how the majority of Americans sided with them. They used the New York problem to try to make them look good to by instilling fear into the American People. If people are afraid they will follow their leader blindly.
That is what happened here. And follow we did.

We blamed Iraq and its people and leader for the WTC problem instead of global terrorists. How can we fight an enemy we can not see? Lets spend our billions not on war or Iraq but on making the country a safer place to live.

I know that some of you liberal folks just have a hard time comprehending big words so I'll answer your question with words of three syllables or less:

The tactics used in the war in Iraq have been changing in response to the ever changing landscape. Changing tactics once again is just routine. It's not some admission that the President was wrong, it's just another way you misinterpret (sorry for using too many syllables, that word means what you think about it is wrong) everything that's said and done because being a liberal has sucked all of the IQ right out of your pointy little head.

Repuglicans don't you just love them, all they really understand is Rush Limbaugh says "fill in the blank here" and what he says is the truth. They repeat his rhetoric here like it was gospel. George Bush is the worst president that I have seen in my 60 years, my memory of presidents goes back to as far as Ike, I like Ike. But his lies and his criminal behavior of dismantling the very document that is the American way of life has got to be watched and counteracted. We need a balance in the government, checks and balance is what has made this country great as the best legislation comes out of compromise. In answer to your question, no repuglican should believe anything this man says as his whole presidency has been based on a lie.

What is true or real coming out of Washington D.C.? What ever i see or hear usually 180 degrees to the opposite is true. I doubt that would make Foley straight, Ney honest or the war ace from California not a convict etc.

You are confused. He is now saying that "Stay The Course" does not adequately reflect the current thinking on Iraq. He is not saying that "Stay The Course" was never the plan.

He can't win. In your world, if he keeps going with the same plan, he is hard-headed, stubborn, or misguided. If he alters the plan even slightly then he is a liar and the change only confirms that he was wrong all along.

It is easy to defend President Bush. He is surely one of the most courageous men to serve our country. Can you even imagine Clinton or Carter sticking with their plans when the polls are so against them? Not likely. President Bush has paid a very heavy price for his refusal to give in to the poles.

For as long as I have known who GW is, I have percieved him to be a liar and a crook. I dont know how anyone could have ever fallen for him....I mean, if he was at least somewhat intelligent I might be able to understand....but the guy is an idiot. In the years after he is gone, I am sure a lot more of his dirt will become exposed.

its the first i have heard of this, but as i like to give the benefit of the doubt, In britain when a prime minister gets abit to unpopular or upsetting too many folk at the top they send in something called "the men in the grey siuts" i dont know who they realy are but they can threaten the leader in some way as to cause them to change their minds, what would be the equivelent to this in america.

post a credible link...then I'll answer...

I want it in context, not just hear-say from you.

Thanks for the links...i'll hit em up tonight...answer by tomarrow

Okay, I just got a chance to look at those links this morning. They are both the same thing and there is only 8 seconds of an interview that was probably 20 minutes or longer there. Your support for this is bias as it is simply using a single sentance from an interview without looking at the entire discussion.

You really should look into getting solid facts about something before spouting off. I am going to look for the interview and find out what the entire discussion was rather than listen to a 30 second clip made by a democrat....

What do you mean, "Who believes Bush NOW?" Did you ever believe or trust him?????

Nothing has changed except that the world has had more time to realise what a plonker he is!

May God bless Mr. Bush and all that he stands for, and if you don't know anyone who has died in this war, then you have no right to talk about him
