How do you know when you are having fun?
How do you feel when you are having fun?
Do you schedual daily fun time?
FYI i'm trying to do some self improvement and just need examples on some of these answers i guess i just don't know how to have fun anymore!
I can not honestly answer these!

Fun to "me?" Hmmm...Let's see now. Fun to me is when I stop at a red light, look over at the kids in the back seat of the car next to me, and realize they are "slug-bugging" each other because of "my" 1971 Volkswagon, and their Mother can't wait for that red light, to turn GREEN! But then, that's just "me." And I didn't have to spend a dime for any of it! (tee-hee)

That is so funny! I am kinda going through the same thing. What was fun at 18, was different from when I was 21 and is different from now at 34! I use to love to go to the bar and dance to Salt n Peppa. Now, I'd love to learn to tango! Talk about night and day difference. I know when I'm having fun when, I'm smiling and laughing with my heart, not just my face. My heart races just a little bit, and I feel alive. It's hard to actually schedule daily fun. I think it more or less just happens naturally. That is when I appreciate it more. Especially the unexpected! I try to do one thing a week that I consider fun to me. Quick story....My husband and friends thought it'd be fun to go to the casino. Well, I HATED it! Talk about feeling tension in the air! Man, I walked in the door and I felt almost like a WHOOSH of stress come over me. Very weird...everyone else had a great time, but I stuck $20.00 in a machine and lost it in 2 mins. and I was done. Yea, real fun. I know! Go buy a pumpkin and get a carving kit! Roast the seeds in the oven, and get a good scary movie! Sounds like fun to me!

Getting down to basics I think I know I've had fun when I've been able to totaly lose myself, and forget any worries or self doubts, ect. But that's just me!!
