polarization (also spelled polarisation) is the property of electromagnetic waves, such as light, that describes the direction of their transverse electric field. Oakley is a luxury brand and similar to other luxury brands does not allow it's dealers or does not itself, every place things on sale.
there are no coupon codes. By offering coupon codes or discounts, this "Waters down" the exclusivity of the brand. So it's not "allowed" per se.
