I give sincere answers to sincere questions.

There are a lot of people that do their best to sincerely answer questions. The bad news is that there are a ton more that really don't put any thought into their answers at all. They're more playing a game & trying to just have fun.
You'll be able to tell which are which & will soon easily be able to determine the people who are trying to help as opposed to those who are just goofing around.

I am always sincere with my answers,, except when I answer the "what should I do retard" Then all bets are of..lol. I really hate it when I answer a question, sincerely, trying to help, get thumbs down for it because some jack... gets on there and starts spewing bull... although I have seen many questions that you believe are from people who really want help or answers, but they are just goofing off.

I don't know; most of the answers I receive seem sincere, but that may be because I ask boring questions requiring actual answers.
I admit that I often answer smartassed questions with smartassed answers, but that's more in the spirit of the question asked rather than being smartassed for smatassedness' sake.
If a question is asked which genuinely seems to want or need a serious answer, I for one will do my best to answer sincerely & to the best of my ability - I can't answer for anyone else (and wouldn't want to answer for some of 'em).

Sometimes I wanna post a really snotty, snippy answer especially if the Q is ridiculously dumb but that isn't really me. I like to actually TRY and give a sincere answer. If I do get snotty I try to add humor to it so I am not personally attacking someone I don't even know even though they have, in my opinion, taken the whole idea if this format into the toilet.

I can speak for myself. I haven't been on yahoo answers long but I'm sincere when I answer a question. I wouldn't be wasting my time on this site if I wasn't being sincere.

I'm trying to be sincere in my answers,it disgust me when people answer your questions with a rude comment,if they didn't want to be nice,then why bother?Its like they go out of there way to be rude..

I try to answer people the way I would want them to answer me. But for the most part I get answers that are really off the wall sometimes. I guess what I think is...this is someones "entertainment".

I only answer questions to the best of my ability. I believe in " What goes around comes around"
If you feel people don't answer your questions correctly report them and lets keep the forum for genuine questions and answers

that depends on the question. Some are obviously not to be answered seriously. There are a lot of frustrated (talented) comics here.
