Click on one email. Hold shif and click on another farther in the list. All emails in between the two will get selected and highlighted along with the two you already clicked on. Click delete.
I switched back to the old version. New one is just too slow, har to read, and hard to navigate.

On the new Yahoo Beta, to delete multiple E-mails at one time, all you have to do is hold the control button down, and then use the mouse to click what E-mails you want deleted. When you do that those e-mails will appear to be highlighted, then just hit the delete button, and Voila!! You've just deleted all your crappy e-mails in one shot!!

Ok I know what you mean!
Do delete multiple message, click on the first one you want rid of. Then hold down the Shift key to select other messages whilst scrolling down. Then hit delete. This should work, but my Yahoo e-mail service today has f#cked me around so much I can't guarantee it!
