What type weight oil should I use for 240D Mercedes 1982.?

Diesel Rotella by Shell is the best. 15-40-wt.

I use Delo 15-40 in my W140 S350 (Diesel) and used it in my W126 300SD for years. It's a Mercedes approved Diesel oil.

A 240D should havae 15-45 oil. Besure that it is diesel oil, but then again 15-45 is diesel.
