I was so disgusted by the way some fans stood up when Bledsoe was pulled and gave Romo a standing O and cheering. So Bledsoe had a bad night. They didn't need to rub it in his face. I felt so bad for Bledsoe. Ive always liked Bledsoe I think he is a class act and the fans should have not done that. I was so mad that I turned off the game afterwards.

I understand how most peoples favorite player is the back-up. And regardless of how Bledsoe played I just found it so distasteful. No matter who the QB is that should never happen. I know it does. But its like geez don't they even consider his feelings? I mean hes a human being.

Dallas fans were classless because dallas fans ARE classless. Anyone who watched that game last night and blamed bledsoe instead of the offensive line knows nothing about football. I don't necessarily think the decision to play Romo was a bad one, I do however think the timing was bad, changing qb's is not gonna resolve the problems in dallas

The fan's favorite player is always the backup QB. The Dallas fans were crying all year about wanting Romo to play all season and he stunk it up. Yes, he had 2 TD's, but those 3 INT's were all horrible.

The first one (which was also the first play), was a wobbly duck that would have been horribly incomplete if it weren't tipped then picked off.

The one when he tried to force the screen was High Schoolesque. His RB was surrounded by three Giants. You HAVE to know to throw that away at the pro level.

While I wasn't expecting Romo to go for 250 with 3 TD's and no INT's in the 2nd half, he didn't look any better then Bledsoe.

As a side note, I love how T.O. just laughed off that dropped pass on 4th and short, but if it would have been some rook WR doing that, he would have been pissing and crying about how everyone isn't doing their job. He makes that catch and chances are they at least get a FG because TO would have gotten an extra 5-10 yards minimum and that play was the emotional game changer. T.O. has 6 drops this season and should start looking in the mirror as to the struggles of the team, instead of what he said in the interviews after the game where he said the defense wasn't making the plays and that we, the offense, didn't make them.

How about them (falling apart and probably not making the playoffs) Cowboys?

Its the way it goes.. I am a huge dallas fan, but I was disgusted at Bledsoe's performance at the time. I was happy to see Romo come in, but later on, Romo proved to be having just as bad of night as what Bledsoe was.

Bledsoe's been having a bad night for the last few games. It was just time to give someone else a chance, even if that didn't work. And everyone on here saying that's it's "Dallas" are just idiots, Dallas fans aren't any worse than anyone else.

you're right, as bad as the INT Bledsoe threw was that got picked off in the endzone, he wasn't playing that bad. sure he had taken a few sacks, and should've gotten rid of the ball, but at half-time, the score was 12-7, the Cowboys had managed to get a few good drives going and I felt they were in good shape to stay in the game. as soon as half-time ended, and they announced Rome was in, I was like, "You're kidding me? He's not read to jump in the fire right now?" As we saw, he clearly wasn't. Sure he made some good plays, but still, he threw 3-INT's, and of those, 2 of those balls were horrible, stare the receiver down, type INT's-mistakes a rookie will make. All along Parcells has said he will put whichever QB in that he thinks gives them the best chance to win. Well, last night, it wasn't Romo, it was Bledsoe. As the game had progressed, I think he had figured out how to get rid of the ball to avoid the sack, and make some plays. If Bledsoe would've stayed in, the Cowboys would've had a much better chance to win this one. Period.

Its happening because of money grubbing owners raising ticket prices and making personell decisions based on Marketing rather than Performance and Team Chemistry.
i.e. TO has given the cowboys free publicity. He will love Bledsoe and Romo one day then backstab them the next day.

Fans pay a lot to get into the stadium and they think that buys them a say in how the team should be coached.

I don't know why they acted like that, but I do agree with you that it was not right. Maybe because they are a "storied franchise" they think that every QB they have should be a hall of famer. I don't understand why the fans are putting more pressure on Bledsoe, which is only causing him to lose his confidence and try to force things now and become flustered. They need to support him and rally around him.

it doesnt matter what team, you are saying dallas is classless? what about the bears they booed rex throughout the preseason and they are undefeated... its football not golf, these fans are die hard and most definately miss the prime of aikman, and stauback. the loyal fans have been waiting for a while now getting there hopes up with different guys such as henson who have only failed. the fans are ready for another leader at qb. bledsoe has failed to be the strong playmaker out there, he is making rookie mistakes. in the nfl all the teams live and die with their qb, well dallas fans feel they are a part of that team too and they are tired of dying.

Hey, don't knock it 'til you've had Drew Bledsoe as your QB. I'm a Patriots fan and I suffered 8 long years with him as our QB. He SUX. He can't run, he's always throwing into double coverage, which a veteran QB should know not to do. I agree with you, he is a class act, and a nice guy BUT he is a terrible QB, and he gets paid to win games not be a nice guy. I feel for the Cowboy fans, beleive me !

Its the reason they ARE Dallas fans. Dallas has always been the team of hot-dogging, loud mouthed classless jerk players and their style appeals to fans who are similar. They are also the ultimate bandwagon team and have the least knowledgeable fans in all of sports. OF COURSE they think Romo is just going to walk in there and throw 3 TDs. Even Jerry Jones seemed to think so.
