I would like to attend a dance class for beginners. It can be any kind of dancing; preferably salsa but maybe tap, street dancing, jive, swing, ballet etc.

When it comes to Swing, don't learn from a Ballroom Instructor. You want to find dancers that dance "Lindy Hop" because they are the dancers that live and breath the dance.
