There is a book titled "Prepare for the Wolf" which discusses the 3 mind-sets comparing them to the choices the pigs made, straw, wood and brick. Looking at the choices you have made in life, if a wolf came would he be able to huff and puff and blow your house down? I am Robert Roots, the author of the book and I am surveying people to find out which pig they represent and why. Also, if you are not brick, what do you think the reason is and what can you do differently to be the brick pig?

I am definitely pig #3. However, it is important to note that earlier in life I progressed through "homes built of both straw and wood". This had little to do with my mindset. I always aspired to a position where my "house was made of brick". However, brick is expensive and takes awhile to collect. Even now, although I believe myself to be on fairly solid footing against most things that could "huff and puff" at me I still consider myself to be living in a house of adobe and aspire to upgrading it to re-enforced concrete with an attractive stone facade prior to what I hope will be an early and comfortable retirement.

I am the pig who built the house with bricks.
I am determined and does not change for any one but my self.
I am also a bit narcissistic, sometimes this can be a bad thing but I have never been wrong in any of my judgments

Probably the wood pig, while I am not as lazy, as the straw pig. I am nowhere near perfect as the brick pig. So I get by in life somewhere in the middle. But what does it matters? As long as you are happy with your decisions in life. :)
