The largest resident wild animal is the Red Deer. There are obviously other native bred animals such as the Shire Horse and other equines that are larger. Certain breeds of cattle are big. We also have certain whales that swim through UK waters, which are also very large!
This is a bit vague, but it depends on what you determine as the mammal - just wild, or any species.

The red deer is the largest mamal in britain. Of the six deer species living wild in the United Kingdom today, only the Red (Cervus elaphus) and Roe (Capreolus capreolus) can be called indigenous. The Red deer is the largest mammal in Britain and has been here in some form or other since this island was joined to mainland Europe. Red deer are proven survivors, having struggled through the ice age, a period when their natural woodland habitat was buried under ice and when almost every Briton hunted deer.

I'd say a Highland Stag for wild and a Bull for domesticated.
Or there are bears in Scotland which were re-introduced some 20 years ago!Not sure of the type so dont know if they are bigger or not!

Difficult question - in the wild, the red deer.
However, we have a lot of cows, horses etc, not to mention elephants in zoos. And is a giraffe bigger than an elephant?
