Yes, click on the person who you are looking for, their little avatar box, or their actual picture. It will be at the bottom, it will show their questions and answers tab.

click on their name or avatar. it will bring you to their profile window.
down toward the bottom of the page on the left there is a section for questions answered/questions asked.

click on that persons screen name and it will take you to a page that shows some of their information and the questions asked/answered.

yes, click on his/her avatar or name and look at their profile. In the bottom left corner you will find the questions and answers of this person.
