He's always on vacation because he is too retarted to lead a country. Cheany has been running the country ever since Bush won the election. I'm just glad Cheany didn't have a heart attack yet because if he did, then Bush's next speach would be him crying like a little baby, and he would be yelling "I wanna go on vacation! It's not fair! I hate America." That leaves one question, why did any one vote for his retarded ***? I know I sure the hell didn't.
Another reason he goes on vacation a lot is because that is the only time he can smoke his stash.

Do you honestly think President Bush gets a vacation? Try being president for a while. The country never sleeps. He's always on the job. He's got a huge responsibility so even when he is not at the White House his job is in his head. With that much responsibility there is no way to put the work aside and take a true vacation.
