Eventhough I used to go on club websites dedicated to swimming, I have controlled myself a lot. Some of the pictures on these sites are not that bad, they show the different athletes competing in different swimming events, of course with their bathing suits on. Is that considered child pornography to look at these sites? I want everyone to know, I changed and I had aquaphilia at one time, and I still get the urge, but I am working hard in school and that is keeping me from giving in.

Well at first thought when I looked at the question I was going to say no. But if looking at kids in swim suits does get you excited then I would suggest going some other website.
I don't believe you can be arressted for looking at those sites but that is something you must decide for yourself.

I would normally say, no. Child pornography is typically photos, images and video footage of children in the nude and/or posing/performing sexual activities. Under normal circumstances, children swimming in a competition pool during swimming events doesn't qualify. Now in your case, if you're still suffering from aquaphilia, it could be considered an innapropriate temptation for you, and you should probably refrain.
If you can function normally in society without looking at people swimming, then give it up and live happily ever after.

Porn is made with the intent of sexual gratification of the audience. Child porn is the same thing, but with underage persons. A nudist camp has nothing to do with sex. So based on your description, no this would not be child porn and you are completely safe. Have you ever heard of a movie called "Pretty Baby"? It's a 1978 film starring a young (11 or 12 year old) Brooke Shields. She has a couple nude scenes (complete, full frontal nude scenes) in the movie, and not using body doubles. The movie is still available to purchase. The scenes are of a non-sexual nature, so they are not considered child porn (they are kind of borderline, but more on the not side than the is side)..

Of course not. Kids and adults on those pics don't look like models in a girlie mag, but rather like people in their bathroom in the morning. You don't seem to say the pics arouse you, and in fact you still seem to be very young yourself. Just go ahead and look at the pics of your school friends. Oh, and spend more time in the pool yourself, and less behind the computer?

If you are looking at anyone in lust it is a sin.If you are looking at children half naked and are getting off on it than you are just perverted and that's pretty pathetic.I think people that prey on children are to afraid to approach a real woman or man.Whats wrong with you?You need to REPENT and TURN from this behavior.Grow up.I will tell you one thing no matter what or who you look at YOU ARE BEING WATCHED AND EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE IS BEING NOTED YOU BETTER BEWARE,THE CREATOR IS WATCHING YOU.HE SEES EVERYTHING YOU DO AND KNOWS EVERY THING YOU THINK EVEN AS THE VERY HAIRS OF YOUR HEAD ARE NUMBERED TAKE THIS AS FAIR WARNING BEFORE ITS TO LATE FOR YOU!!!!
