No, that's just an old wives' tale. Your blood still clots the same in a mole as it does anywhere else.

I don't believe that's true.
my mother and grandmother used to say that.
I've even cut some sm. moles off myself
Put achol or antibiotic cream and a band ade on them, never had a problem.

you can get a real nasty infection. i don't know about bleeding to death. but a doctor can remove it for you if thats what you want
