Camera should install a software called AMCap or something else when you installed webcam. If you did not, there're lots of programs let you record such as WebcamXP.

Windows Movie Maker is a free program that comes with windows, and you can use it to capture video from your webcam.
Other freeware includes hypercam, which can be downloaded from the net.
