I don't think someone can take an insurance policy out on you without your signature, your social security number, and a physical taken by you!

As mentioned, it is unlikely unless it is someone who has group insurance plan access, like if they work for a large company or a govt entity. Even then, you have to declare a relationship on the form and provide other information.
