i have an email problem. When I try to return an email thru answers, it says that i am not the account owner?

I am trying to answer an email I recieved, when I try to answer it says Oops, you are not the owner of this account and tells me to sign out, I have tried to sign out but every time I open up answers I am still signed in. It will let me answer questions but not email someone in answers. Any ideas? I already scanned for viruses, had some and they were removed but it still isnt working.

Mine does too but I just sign out and sign back in or restart my computer! If that doesn't help then contact Yahoo. If you need any help please feel free to email me!
