I had Norton on my HP table suitable. I hated it. My HP has Vista on it. it quite is been no longer something yet a project on condition that new. i do no longer comprehend if the Vista working gadget performed a think approximately it or no longer. when I get my replica of abode windows 7 and get that computing device reloaded with a sparkling OS i'm gonna supply Norton yet another attempt on that gadget and see the way it does. If it does as rotten because it did with the Vista OS on it that stands out as the top of it with Norton. besides it in simple terms no longer working perfect on that computing device i had it in this computing device that i'm on perfect now. Norton 2010 became in simple terms as sorry as 360 to me.I even have s some nasty code that i will deliver to any computing device in my shop just to confirm for myself how nicely Norton might artwork. i attempted 10. It detected all 10. Out of the ten it basically bumped off four. the different 6 have been waiting to close down Norton. They disabled it. i'm nevertheless gonna supply it a attempt on abode windows 7 when I get it. yet i do no longer seem to be inspired any. to date the only AV that has quite inspired me is Kaspersky. It caught all 10 on the door. on no account even made it on the gadget. Detected all ten and blocked them. it quite is the way a sturdy multi functional AV could artwork. do no longer basically freshen up after a an infection, shop it from happening all jointly.

Norton uses a lot of resources, so if you have an older computer, you need an older version. The newer it is, the more it takes to run it.

I personally use AVG which is free for home use. http://free.grissoft.com
