Anybody would find it daunting to move to a foreign country to work and live. You are not alone. While making more money is something we all want, you have sit down and weigh the pros and cons. If you want to build up your self-confidence, sit down and make a list of all the things you have accomplished in your life. I'll bet there are a lot of them. And while your at it, give yourself a vote of confidence for every little thing you accomplish during the day. Praise yourself. And the best of luck to you.

Self Confidence improves out of experience with person who do courageous action. Either you will need to live with those kind of persons. Or else ...
Read History/Life of Vivekananda or any of books preaching his ideas.
I have read such a book with just 42 pages and gained more self confidence then on.
I am sure you would see the world in a confident way whenyou finish the book.

Exercise more often.... Also, self-confidence is all mental. You must believe in yourself at all times. Tell yourself you are a wonderful person and take a long look in the mirror everyday. Tell yourself you can do anything that you put your mind to......
You will be fine. Listen to some great music.....

To build up self-confidence, firstly, stop asking such questions esp. to yourself.
Your salary and you going to abroad are in no way related.
