i need a reference from Emirates airline i do not know anybody in the administration?

i used to work with Emirates airline as a cabin crew, i moved to the UK to get married now i have the write to work but no body would employ me if i don't have a reference. i know no body in the administration. they just gave me a written reference and thats not enough for UK employers.
