I just answered a similar Q.

The answer is NO,,not with any level of acceptability, and/or that will last over a long term.

Bathroom fixturing is glazed, fired, ceramic, and not meant to accept coating.

Yes you can, you need to use porceilan paint. There is a product you can get at Lowe's to do sink, toilets and tubs.

You can go to any paint store or Wal-Mart if they have a paint section and ask what would be best and how to do it and they will tell you. I have found that Shermin-Williams is the best place to go.
